New Jersey FairTax Welcome to FairTax New Jersey FairTax New Jersey was formed in early 2010 and is associated with Americans for Fair Taxation. FairTax New Jersey is a not-for-profit all-volunteer group with it's purpose to educate the public on the FairTax (H.R. 25 & S. 122) and support the passage of the FairTax. The Fair Tax replaces the corporate income tax, individual income tax, capital gains and dividends taxes, estate tax, Social Security and Medicare taxes and replaces them with a national sales tax.
