- corporate income tax,
- self-employment taxes,
- capital gains tax,
- estate taxes,
- gift taxes,
- alternative minimum tax,
- social security tax,
- Medicare tax
2 gets rid of IRS and deletes the more than 70,000 pages of tax code currently governing federal income taxation, 3 protects social security and medicare by setting aside designated revenue for those programs, 4 replaces federal income taxes with a national retail sales tax, 5 initiates action to repeal the 16th Amendment (income tax authority). 6 dramatically reduces the power of lobbyists to get loopholes in the tax code.
